We are currently looking for a Software Sales Manager, responsible for managing the ComplianceWire sales team globally.

  • Drive business results by developing and executing go-to-market strategies in conjunction with Regulatory Lifecycle and Software & Advisory sales leadership.
  • Develop and motivate sales professionals by coaching and transferring knowledge of consultative selling skills and sales techniques, service offerings, and industry knowledge to the sales team to drive results.
  • Lead client engagement by developing and managing relationships at the middle management and key decision maker levels for large and medium customers within the Life Science market.
  • Manage sales transaction pipelines and forecasting and hold sales staff accountable for achieving assigned sales targets.
  • Demonstrate expertise and understanding in latest software market developments and trends to drive go-to market strategies, especially in the Life Science industry.
  • Manages the performance of direct reports by developing accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing career counseling, feedback and guidance and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline
  • 15 years of relevant experience including 5 years as a successful software sales manager.
  • Experience selling SaaS and advisory services to the Life Science industry
  • Strong knowledge of the Life Science ecosystem and the connections and interdependencies among the various players
  • Ability to nurture established relationships with industry stakeholders in the Life Science ecosystem, including trade associations and key non-profit organizations.
  • Strong technical and business foundation, including formal account planning, sales strategy development, sales tracking and measurement.
  • Expert on sales strategies and tactics within the software market.
  • Ability to work and lead in a matrixed organizational structure.
  • Requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning product compliance and sustainability and specific projects or schedules to senior level management and customers.
  • Passion to excel and lead a global sales team of professionals to go over and beyond
  • Significant business travel and work outside of the office is required.

Total Rewards: The target annual pay range for this position is $174,000 - $210,000, which includes a base salary of $120,000 - $145,000 and 100% on target performance.

Members of the sales function are eligible to participate in the company Sales Incentive Plan. The annual target incentive for this position is 45% of the base salary, paid quarterly, and is contingent upon performance. Employees are eligible for health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental & financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country, for the relevant position level.

We also provide employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
